Engineered for metric tubing, these fittings feature a strong and durable glass-filled nylon construction, offering excellent impact and abrasion resistance. Ideal for pneumatic systems, these push-to-connect fittings create a secure seal around the tubing without requiring any tools for release. The fittings are opaque black, with red plugs and nickel-plated brass adapters. Key components include a stainless steel grasping ring, a Buna-N (nitrile) O-ring for reliable sealing, and a black polypropylene release ring for easy disconnection. Threaded fittings are equipped with nickel-plated brass threads, featuring a PTFE sealant on male threads (except for BSPP and metric straight threads, which utilize a Buna-N O-ring). Please note, these fittings are not rated for sterilization. They offer a vacuum rating of 28" Hg @ 70° F and comply with ISO standards.
