Metric Black Nylon and Nickel-Plated Brass Push-to-Connect Tube Fittings

  • Maximum Pressure @ 70° F: 290 psi
  • Temperature Range: -4° to +175° F
  • Tubing: Use nylon (with a hardness of Shore D 50 and D 70), polyethylene (Shore D 44), and polyurethane (Shore A 95)
Sized for metric tubing, glass-filled nylon is strong and durable, plus it offers excellent impact and abrasion resistance. These fittings are for use with air. Push-to-connect fittings form a seal around the outside of the tubing; no tools are needed to release the tubing from the fitting. All are opaque black except the plugs are opaque red and adapters are nickel-plated brass. They include a stainless steel grasping ring, Buna-N (nitrile) O-ring, and a black polypropylene release ring. Threaded fittings have nickel-plated brass threads; male threads have a PTFE sealant except BSPP and metric straight threads, which have a Buna-N O-ring. They are not rated for sterilization. Vacuum rating is 28" Hg @ 70° F. All meet ISO
